Who is authorized to access these files?
You must be a West Virginia Wildwater Association member in good standing (dues paid) in order to access Splashes and the other restricted documents. If you let your membership lapse your email address will be removed from the file of authorized users.
What is my email address?
Your email address is whatever it is in the Club's membership directory. If you get an error saying that your email address is not in the authorized users file it is probably because you have no email address or an incorrect email address in the directory or your membership in the club has lapsed. You can fill out the form at http://www.wvwa.net/cgi-bin/memberinfo.pl?form to notify the Membership Chairman to add or correct your email address. You can fill out the form at http://www.wvwa.net/memberform.pdf and mail it with your dues to reinstate a lapsed membership. You are responsible for notifying the Membership Chairman at treasurer@wvwa.net if you get a new email address. When the Membership Chairman updates the database he will also add your correct email address to the authorized users file.
What is my password?
When your email address is added to the authorized users file an email is sent to that email address with your default password and information about how to access the online documents. The first time that you try to use this password you will have to change it. When you do so, please remember it because the password is encrypted. If you forget your password you will have to contact the Webmaster at webmaster@wvwa.net to have it reset.
Caution: If you have spam blocking software installed on your system, the email that is sent with your password may be filtered and you may not see it. The "from" name in the email will be "WVWA Membership Chairman". The "To" address will be your email address.
