Change Your Password

Before using this form, be sure to have the email that was sent to you with your new temporary password. Then do the following:

  1. Type your email address in "Email Address" field, replacing whatever may be in that box.
  2. Type the password that was sent to you in the "Password" field, replacing any asterisks that might be there.
  3. Decide what you want your new password to be and type it in the "New Password" and "Re-type New Password" fields.
  4. Move your mouse pointer to the "Change Password" button and click on it to complete your request.
